Units are logged on the board with the +Sale buttons. The two percentages are typed here (whole or decimal, no % sign). The top-right store tiles auto-average the reps unless you set them manually below.

Store percentages (top-right tiles)

Type the store-level Show-Sold % and CO-Video % to display them exactly (e.g. 62). Leave a box blank to fall back to the unit-weighted average of the reps.

New month Reps and percentages stay; only the unit tallies clear. The board also flags automatically when the calendar month changes.

Data lives in this device/link's storage, not in the file. Export before moving to another device or link, then Import there.

From a shared Claude link everyone sees and updates the same board (syncs every few seconds). As a standalone file it saves to that device's browser.
